Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and PostKit. By using the website or generating anything with it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1.Who we are

PostKit ("PostKit", "we", "us") is an online tool that turns a short description into ready-to-use social media post concepts, captions and images using artificial intelligence. 2.Who can use PostKit

You may use PostKit only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. PostKit is built for businesses and professionals creating content for their own brands. By using it you confirm that you meet these conditions.

3.Your access: free trial and access codes

• Free trial. You can generate a limited number of posts for free by entering your email address. No password or account signup is required. To keep the trial fair, the free limit is tracked against your email, network and device, so the same person cannot reset it endlessly.
• Paid access codes. Paid plans are delivered as an access code that unlocks a set number of generations, usually renewed monthly. Codes are personal to you, must not be shared, sold or published, and may be disabled if we detect sharing or abuse.
• You are responsible for keeping your access code private. Anyone who has your code can use your remaining balance.

4.Plans, payment and refunds

• Plan prices and included generation limits are shown on the site and may change over time. Changes do not affect a code you have already paid for during its current period.
• Payment is arranged through WhatsApp and completed using the payment methods we accept in Lebanon (such as Whish, OMT, or bank transfer). When online checkout through Whish Pay becomes available, these terms continue to apply.
• Because access unlocks a digital service immediately, generations that have already been used are non-refundable. If a technical fault on our side stops your code from working, contact us and we will fix it or replace the balance. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

5.Who owns what you create

You own the content you generate. The captions, headlines, designs and images you create with PostKit are yours to use, publish, print and sell for your business, with no royalty owed to us. We claim no ownership over your generated output.

You are responsible for what you create and where you publish it. AI image tools can unintentionally produce results that resemble existing work, so before using an image commercially you should make sure it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that any brand names, logos or people shown are ones you are allowed to use.

6.Acceptable use

When using PostKit, you agree not to:

• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Impersonate another brand or person, or generate content designed to mislead or scam.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass the limits, rate limits or security of the service.
• Resell or rebrand PostKit itself as your own product, or use it to build a competing generator.

We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules, without a refund of any consumed balance.

7.How the AI works, and its limits

PostKit generates content by sending your inputs to third-party AI models (including services from Anthropic, OpenAI, Ideogram, Recraft and Google) that create text and images on our behalf. Because of this:

• Output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate, generic, off-brand, or contain spelling or factual errors. Always review and edit before you publish.
• The same prompt can produce different results each time, and we cannot guarantee any specific result.
• Availability depends on these providers. If one is down or changes its rules, parts of the service may be temporarily unavailable.

8.Our intellectual property

The PostKit name, website, design, templates and underlying software belong to PostKit. Your right to use PostKit does not transfer ownership of the tool itself. The template designs and layouts are provided for creating your own posts, not for extraction or reuse as standalone assets outside the service.

9.Service availability

PostKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that generated content will meet a particular standard or purpose. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PostKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or the outcome of any content you publish. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Lebanese law.

11.Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, damages and costs arising from content you generate and publish, or from your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights.

12.Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use PostKit after a change means you accept it. You can stop using PostKit at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut.
